  • Ride Day Entries on Saturday 17 March 1-4pm or Sunday 18 March 5-5.30am at Musgrave Park

To make the online entry process go smoothly, consider the following before proceeding:

  • You can only pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) - only applies to the BDO Brisbane Coot-tha Challenge (85km), Great Brisbane Bike Ride (30/50km) and Goldcross Cycles Family Fun Ride (10km).
  • You must have a valid email address
  • You must supply a home or post box address (NOT a work address)
  • Bicycle Queensland membership number*
  • Bike Week Event you want to do, including ride distance
  • Your average cycling speed over the distance of the event (BDO Brisbane Coot-tha Challenge only)
  • Merchandise (BDO Brisbane Coot-tha Challenge kit)
  • If you would like to make a donation to the Endeavour Foundation (BDO Brisbane Coot-tha Challenge beneficiary)

*Please note: Cycling Queensland or Triathlon Qld membership is not equivalent, there are no discounts for memberships other than Bicycle Queensland. Read the FAQs and Teams & Corporate sections for more specific information.

Entry Details:

  • Early-bird Entries close Midnight Sunday 4 March 2012 ($10 late fee will be applied after this date)
  • Official (online) entries close 5pm Thursday 15 March 2012
  • Ride Day Entries on Saturday 17 March 1-4pm or Sunday 18 March 5-5.30am at Musgrave Park (additional $20 late fee now waivered - see News)

(Please note: entries on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 DO NOT receive any merchandise (or timing chip for BDO Brisbane Coot-tha Challenge.)

You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon entering with your Rider Kit collection/delivery details. If you have not received this email (check your junk folder first) please contact Bicycle Queensland as there may have been a problem with your entry.
