- Are the courses flat?
New course details will be available soon.
- Will there be pace setters?
No. The mass participation rides are not races!
- Who is allowed on the course? Are private support vehicles allowed?
No persons are authorised to be on the closed roadways of the ride course unless they are a registered participant or a course official. Course officials will be easily identifiable while participants must prominently display their Rider Bib. Failure to comply will result in a direction to leave the course by police or course officials.
Private support vehicles are not permitted on any of Bicycle Queensland's events. Teams and individual participants found not complying will result in a direction to leave the course by police or course officials.
- Will there be rest stops along the way?
Rest stop details will be available soon - please see the Info Sheets page.
- Can I bring personal refreshments?
All cyclists are recommended to bring two filled water bottles with them for the start of the rides.
- Are there toilets on course?
Toilets are located at the start, all rest stops and finish and will be clearly signed. There are many other public toilets along the course in Brisbane City Council Parks.
- Will medical help be available on course?
Medical support is available at start, all rest stops, finish and mobile along the course. Medical conditions that may affect you during the event should be clearly detailed on the reverse of your bib number, including emergency contact details. Course officials are located at regular intervals also and should be notified if you have any difficulties during the event.
- Will there be mechanical assistance on course?
Mechanical support is available at start, all rest stops and mobile along the course. Cyclists are encouraged to carry their own spare tube, tyre and repair kit. Mechanical assistance if free of change however any consumables are the responsibility of the individual. If you require mechanical assistance move off to the left and place your bike upside down.
